Be Mindful - In Person & Online Classes

I’m super happy that you are here checking out the teachings I can offer, With the most recent health concerns relating to Covid 19, we have the option to practice in person or online. With this at the forefront of continuing to connect with the yoga community we must remain mindful of how we practice.

Yoga should NOT cause you pain - in any situation.

Please do not try to work through pain. We work with our breath & movement to soften into the body & release tensions. We must be mindful of the difference between this & ignoring pain, if you are not sure ease out of the posture, take a breath & move slowly. Re-assess what your mind & body require.

You know your body & it's limits

Please bring kindness for yourself to the mat. If you are working with any particular injury or difficulty, drop me a line privately beforehand to let me know. Consult a doctor prior to starting a yoga practice if you are concerned.

 

You must assess for yourself, if the online classes are suitable for you, taking responsibility for your health & wellbeing.
